When can you join?
We welcome applications for teaching mobility throughout the year—there is no specific deadline for submission, but the teaching activity will take place only during the didactic activity of the students. We encourage interested teaching staff to apply at their convenience and take advantage of the flexible opportunities offered by our university.
Application Process
Duration of stay
The duration of the visit will be agreed upon based on mutual availability and academic needs. It is important for the visiting teaching staff to coordinate with their hosting faculty at our university to define the most suitable period for their visit.
Contact with partners
We invite teaching staff from partner universities to directly reach out to correspondent Erasmus Faculty coordinator coordonatorierasmus@groups.tuiasi.ro from our university to arrange the details of their visit. This ensures that the visit is customized to suit both parties’ needs and expectations.
Application form
To apply, please fill in the “Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching” form and have it signed by your home university. After obtaining the necessary signature, kindly submit a scanned copy to us for final approval and signature from our side.
An official invitation letter will be issued upon approval of the application.
