TUIASI is a proud member of INGENIUM
Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași is part of the European Universities Alliance INGENIUM, which brings together 10 universities from 10 countries of the European Union.
INGENIUM seeks to create a European Campus that will operate like a university with ten branches, with a single academic offer for all higher education levels (bachelor’s, master’s and PhD), and a single school management system on its own IT platform. The activities will include a large number of students, academic and administrative staff who will work together to consolidate their work in an international setting.

The Alliance's Objectives
- Establish an Inter-university European Campus that transcends borders, one that offers a variety of international study opportunities through double, multiple, and joint degree programmes, tailored to students' unique interests and aspirations.
- Increase awareness regarding sustainable development, both for students and staff at the universities, and in the surrounding societies and within industries.
- Create new knowledge, new ways of thinking and future-proof competent graduates who are better equipped to meet the challenges of this and future generations.
- Promote inclusive higher education by creating an environment that embraces diversity, fosters inclusion and overcoming barriers to access for marginalised groups within academic institutions.
- Encourage researchers, academics, and students to develop entrepreneurial mindsets and skills.
- Building strong links between research, education and to act upon the HEI’s mission to service society.
- Utilize digital tools to address organizational, technological, and pedagogical issues involved in realizing the educational and research training goals of the Alliance.
10 Days of INGENIUM
This flagship takes place twice a year and is hosted by two partner universities in two successive weeks. It’s an umbrella event that not only enriches the academic experience of the participants but also cultivates considerable bonds and life-long connections between members of the INGENIUM Community.
