Opportunities for Teaching Mobility

Are you a TUIASI faculty member eager to teach and collaborate internationally? The Erasmus+ program offers teaching opportunities at partner universities, providing professional growth and cultural exchange.

General Information

Duration:

  • Minimum: 2 days (excluding travel days).
  • Maximum: 2 months.


Travel Days:  1 travel day before and 1 travel day after the teaching period are funded as part of the mobility, provided they do not overlap with teaching days mentioned in the Confirmation of Stay.

Teaching Requirement:  At least 8 teaching hours per week or mobility period.

Procedures for NON-EU Staff

Financial Support

  • Daily Allowance:
    • 180 EUR per day for teaching mobility.
    • For mobility exceeding 14 days (up to 60 days), participants receive 70% of the daily allowance for the additional days.
  • Travel Costs:

Eligibility and Selection Process

  • Selection Period:
    • File Submission: at the International Office, Rectorate Building, Room B01.
    • Selection Date: it will be announced by the International Office 2 weeks in advance.

  • Required Documents for Selection:
    • Formal Request.
    • CV.
    • Letter of Intent.
    • Supporting documents (e.g., certificates, diplomas).

Mobility Process

  • Required Documents for Mobility:
    • Mobility Agreement (Staff Mobility for Teaching).
    • Financial Grant Agreement.
    • Letter of Confirmation (from the host university).
    • Travel Documents (flight tickets, boarding passes, train/bus tickets, gasoline receipts).
    • Online Report (submitted post-mobility).
  • Inter-Institutional Agreements:
    • All mobilities take place under valid agreements between TUIASI and partner universities.
