Outgoing Academic Staff for Training

Opportunities for Training Mobility

The Erasmus+ programme, through the higher education mobility action, supports physical and blended mobility of academic staff to take part in professional development activities abroad. These activities may consist of training periods such as job shadowing, observation periods, training courses, or staff weeks.

Furthermore, this action supports blended intensive programmes, allowing for groups of higher education institutions to jointly develop blended mobility activities for students as well as academic and administrative staff.

Application Process and Training Mobility

The application process for outgoing mobilities for academic staff within TUIASI is managed by the Vice-Rectorate for International Relations.

There are two options to implement staff training mobility:

  • participate in a Staff Training Week, with information available on www.imotion.eu
  • take part in a training activity abroad that is relevant to your day-to-day work at a higher education institution or a company

For training mobility, there is no requirement for the existence of a bilateral agreement between TUIASI and the partner institution.
