The Fulbright Student Award 2027–2028 supports final-year undergraduates, graduates, and Romanian PhD candidates who wish to pursue a Master’s degree or conduct doctoral research at U.S. universities.

Available Scholarship Paths
1. Master’s Programs in the U.S.
One academic year, with potential extension depending on performance and funding.
2. Doctoral Research
Research duration: 4–9 months at a U.S. university.
Eligible Fields
Applications are accepted from all academic fields, except clinical disciplines.
Examples: engineering, social sciences, arts, public policy, STEM fields, education, law (with required degree).
