English-taught study programmes
For English-taught programmes the candidate will pass an English language examination at “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iaşi, or they can submit an internationally recognized Language Certificate.

Romanian-taught study programmes
The international candidates accepted by our university must graduate the preparatory year within one of the institutions listed here.
The candidates who speak Romanian can skip the preparatory year but have to present a Romanian Language Certificate, issued by an accredited institution from Romania or prove that they have studied in Romanian language for at least four years consecutively.
